    In order to maintain the hotel's publicity and safety, please abide by the rules of the hotel made according to the terms of Article 10 of the accommodation.
    If you violate the rules, the hotel will terminate your accommodation and use of the hotel facilities according to the terms of Article 11 of the accommodation.
    Note

    (1) Do not use the firearm in corridors and guest rooms which is used for heating and cooking.
    (2) Do not smoke in some places easy to cause a fire such as in the bed.
    (3) Do not sing or make noise loudly. Don’t cause trouble or hatred to others.
    (4) Do not bring the following items to corridors or guest rooms.
    A. Animals, birds and so on (except see eye dogs)
    B. Items to emit putrid odor.
    C. Too many items
    D. Gunpowder and gasoline or other flammable materials easy to cause a fire
    E. Guns and swords held without a permit.
    (5) Gambles and other sabotages are forbidden in the hotel.
    (6) Do not attempt to bring any outside people into the guest room. Do not allow any outside people use the facilities and items in the guest room.
    (7) Do not use the guest room and lobby as an office or business place.
    (8) Do not use the facilities and items in the corridor and guest room for other purposes.
    (9) Do not bring the items in the guest room out of the hotel or move them to other venues in the hotel.
    (10) Do not insert other objects of the hotel's buildings and facilities. Do not apply force to change the present situation.
    (11) Do not hang any items outside the window to damage the image of the hotel.
    (12) Do not hand out any advertisings to other guests of the hotel.
    (13) Do not put your shoes and other personal items in the corridor or hobby.
    (14) Do not ask for takeout at the front of the hotel.
    (15) Please pay your accommodation fee as soon as you arrive at the hotel.
    (16) If you will change the accommodation days, please contact the front desk in advance.
    (17) If you will prolong the accommodation days, pay for the new accommodation fee after you have paid the previous one.
    (18) For the clothes and luggage that you entrust the hotel to take care, there is just 3 months of effective period unless specified otherwise.
    (19) The hotel refuses any violent groups ? violent gangs or their associated personnel, as well as anti-social forces. (Even if those people have got the appointment or accommodated in the hotel, if they are identified to be violent gangs or violent groups or their associated personnel, as well as anti-social forces, they will be refused to accommodate.)
    (20) During the accommodation period, if there is more than 10,000 JPY that has to be paid besides the already paid accommodation fee, please pay it at the request of the hotel.

    HOTEL GRACERY ? NAHA Safe Service Regulations


    1. (Use purpose and fee)
    (1) The use period of safe is limited to the time when the borrower stays at the hotel.
    (2) The hotel does not charge safe fee.

    2. (Safe switch)
    (1) As to the safe switch, please refer to the use method.

    3. (Password management)
    (1) Please take care of the password while you are using it.
    (2) If you forget your password, please contact the front desk.

    4. (Bear damage)
    (1) Any losing or damage of items due to the user's operating errors, failures, natural disasters and other reasons, the hotel assumes no liability.
    (2) If the material inside the safe is damaged, deformed or there are other situations caused by the responsibility of the borrower, he has to pay the loss of the hotel or a third party if the latter requests for compensation.

    5. (Retrieve stored materials, etc.)
    (1) Please retrieve stored items immediately at the end of use period.
    (2) In the following cases, even if it is during the use period, the hotel has the right to require the borrower retrieving his store items or transferring to another safe.
    (a) Any situations in terms of damage, deformation and other situations of the safe caused by the responsibility of the borrower, which brings out loss to the hotel or a third party or it is probably considered to occur.
    (b) Maintenance or move of a safe, when the damage not is caused by the responsibility of the hotel as well as there are any other unavoidable circumstances, so the safe cannot be partly or entirely used.

    6. (Handle stored items)
    (1) In the case that the use period is one week later than the deadline and stored items haven’t been retrieved, the hotel will not only open the safe, but will also deal with the items according to the provisions of Lost Property Act on stored items, or according to other methods such as the generally accepted method, time and price to handle the items. If it is too difficult to deal with it, the stored items may be discarded.
    (2) The cost of the above handling should be assumed by the borrower.
    (3) In the case that the above cost, the actual fee of the key and other fees which should be assumed by other borrowers haven’t been paid, then use the penalty in Article one to offset.

    7. (Emergency measures)
    On opening the safe according to the permit of the law, or when there is a fire, the stored items go bad, or other emergencies happen, the hotel can take temporary measures. If it causes some losses, the hotel assumes no responsibility.
