Remains of Shuri Castle

The remain of the beautiful castle of Ryukyu Kingdom, located in the high land of Shuri.

The architecture combines Chinese and Japanese fetures to match the land of Okinawa. The Castle burned down from the Okinawa War, but a small pert has been restored in 1992, as Shuri Castle Park. in December 2000, Shuri Castle has been registered as the World's Heritage. Now, it is one of the representative tourism spot in Okinawa.
